Installation

Ala Carte Accessories are supplied only and do not include installation. Installation services can be arranged separately upon request.

Customise Your Cat Wall (Non-Standard Package)

Create a Cat Wall that's uniquely yours by selecting from 12 premium laminate finishes for your pegboard, allowing it to complement your home's interior style.

Please note that only the pegboard laminate colour is customisable. All cat wall accessories are supplied in our standard finish, and custom colour options for individual accessories are currently not available.

Cat Wall Accessories Warranty

All Cat Wall accessories are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of installation against manufacturing defects only.

This warranty covers defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship under normal household use.

If an accessory is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

Pegboard Warranty

The pegboards are not covered under warranty.

As pegboards are installed directly onto the wall and are subject to handling, environmental exposure and everyday wear, cosmetic imperfections that occur after installation are considered normal wear and tear.

We will ensure that every pegboard is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition prior to delivery and installation.

Customers are required to inspect the pegboards and accessories upon completion of the installation and notify our installers immediately of any concerns before the installation is completed. 

Once the installation has been completed and accepted, no claims for scratches, dents, chips, surface marks, laminate damage or other cosmetic defects will be accepted.
