Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In the event of stock delays or backorders, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to provide an update and alternative options where possible.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (please select the shipping option when checking out)
Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Free Delivery: For orders above S$70

Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may contact you to reschedule or leave it in a safe location (at your own risk).

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available at our warehouse (118 Tagore Lane) or during our pop-up events and pet fairs.
Please wait for a confirmation message before heading down to collect your order.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Preorders and Event Pickups

For preorder items or purchases made during pet fairs, estimated delivery or pickup dates will be stated on the product page or event notice.
We’ll notify you once your items are ready for collection or dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at squeak@petsabode.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
