Warranty Policy

We are committed to supplying quality Cat Wall products and ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard.

Cat Wall Accessories Warranty

All Cat Wall accessories are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of installation against manufacturing defects only.

This warranty covers defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship under normal household use.

If an accessory is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, stains, discolouration or surface marks
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or improper use
• Damage resulting from overloading beyond the recommended weight capacity
• Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching or excessive force
• Damage arising from improper modification, relocation or reinstallation by parties other than our authorised installers
• Damage caused by moisture, water, humidity, direct sunlight or environmental conditions

Pegboard Warranty

The pegboards are not covered under warranty.

As pegboards are installed directly onto the wall and are subject to handling, environmental exposure and everyday wear, cosmetic imperfections that occur after installation are considered normal wear and tear.

We will ensure that every pegboard is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition prior to delivery and installation.

Customers are required to inspect the pegboards and accessories upon completion of the installation and notify our installers immediately of any concerns before the installation is signed off.

Once the installation has been completed and accepted, no claims for scratches, dents, chips, surface marks, laminate damage or other cosmetic defects will be accepted.

Customer Inspection

Upon completion of installation, customers are responsible for checking that:

• All accessories have been delivered.
• The pegboards and accessories are in good condition.
• The installation has been completed satisfactorily.

Any missing items, defects or installation concerns must be brought to our attention before the installers leave the premises.

Weight Capacity

Unless otherwise stated, each Cat Wall accessory is designed to support a maximum load of approximately 10kg under normal use.

Exceeding the recommended weight capacity may result in damage and will void the warranty.
